Prescription Refill Requests

In order to request a prescription refill please contact your pharmacy and ask them to send an e-prescription request to our office.

Most pharmacies have an option in which you can request refills on-line; however, we cannot guarantee that they will automatically send us a refill request, and without a refill request we will be unable to process your refill.

If it has been more than 3 months since your last appointment to see the doctor then it is unlikely the doctor will approve your refill request. This is because it is important for Doctor Tomchik to continually monitor his patients' health and well-being before continuing prescription medications.
